HOW TO:

- edit and/or update our PROFILE

- prevent spammers commenting Your profile

- SEARCH for climbers to organize a climbing meeting in a certain climbing AREA, for example Gorges du Tarn


- share our ASCENTS on "topo guide" groups and/or in out blog


- add an IMAGE in a discussion (or a blog post)


- use OPTIONS to add an image in a discussion.
It's important to check off "create thumbnail" and write a width not more than 700 pixels.
If You check off "Popup Window" too, You let readers view the full-size version of the image.
( After that, may be You need to press "Ctrl + -" to be able to click "Add").
