The best sport climbing area in Switzerland, for summer and hard routes.

Two sectors, about 60 routes, from 6a to 9a (one sector from 6a to 7b, one other from 7c+ to 9a)
Altitude 1500 m, sun from 8 to 15 (south), good in summer.

To sleep:
- Camping Rutti in Stechelberg
- mountain hostel in Gimmelwald.
Access
Gimmelwald is car-free, so it is accessible from Stechelberg:
- via Schilthornbahn" cable car (6.20 Swiss Francs for a single and 12 for a return)
- or an hour and a half walk .
From Gimmelwald to the crag itself is forty-five minutes walking.
From the crag to Stechelberg the walk down is very scenic.
