Sardegna deep water solo - psicobloc

Some basic infos.

There are lots of possibilities and virgin ground to explore.

So, if You have other infos or if You discover some other places, please, let us know writing a comment here.

Here You can see a map with the following areas.

FROM CALA LUNA TO CALA SISINE

Cala Luna could be the best sport climbing AND deep water solo summer destination.

And if You like to bolt, there are hundreds of fantastic lines waiting for you.

In the beach, You can rent a kayak and go south towards Cala Sisine: there is a paradise to explore for psicobloc !

CALA GOLORITZE'
This famous (and fantastic) beach where You can find the Aguglia tower could be an interesting area to explore: there is an arch similar to mallorcan Es Pontas ...
Here You can see an inspirational photo of Cala Goloritzè arch.

SANTA MARIA NAVARRESE
Look at this map on google, where You can find some photos.

FROM CALA LUNA TO CALA FUILI

Less interesting than the above mentioned part (from Cala Luna to Cala Sisine), but still good.

Kilometers of rock above a pure sea ...

BUE MARINO CAVE

It's a cave between Cala Luna and Cala Fuili, at its entrance, it seems that Manolo and/or Mauro Calibani tried something hard, no other infos.

TAVOLARA

You need the boat to go there and overall You must collect very detailed infos about where You are allowed to go, because there is a military base, so, please, respect local military restrictions.
Done this, allowed zones in Tavolara south could be the future of dws in Sardegna: I saw one km of 100 meters high perfect rock with the deepest water.

CAPO CACCIA
Capo Caccia is full of cliffs on the sea.

Between Cala Dragunara and a close tower there is something not more than 6b without any falling risk.
Between the same tower and the Grotta Verde there is a traverse, difficult, it seems may be more than 7b.
You can ceck also from Cala Dragunara to Grotta verde.

If You go to Tramariglio, near Porto Conte, scrambling down a gully You reach a traverse thast You see from the road in the eastern part of the promontory.
If you want just to enjoy opening new routes, go below on the ramp to Belvedere: when you reach the water, there are many possibilities to the right and from Belvedere from grotta verde.

Here You can see a video with Christian Core doing psicobloc around Capo Caccia.

Enjoy !

27cragsclimbervoice8a and many others are amazing sites, but sometimes, expecially if you worked a lot to envision, bolt, clean routes or boulders, you want to monetize a little your efforts.

9b can help you in this aim.

As you can see here, in 9b there are many " topo groups ".

You can add a discussion in every "topo group".

In your discussion you can edit and publish your own climbing topoguide, as a "paywall", a "destination page", requiring climbers their payment by credit card or paypal to access and read, even on SMARTPHONES (iphones, android phones, ...)

After having paid, climbers can see, save and print your climbing topoguide.

In this discussion you can add:

1) PHOTOS regarding one specific SECTOR (of routes or bouldering, dws lines)

a) "PHOTO topo":

It's very easy to edit a photo topo:

- upload a photo of a rock in a topo group discussion

- drawn the lines

- write names and grades (an example…
