Chiang Mai is a great location, a relaxed environment, low prices
on almost everything, a temple or pagoda every 100 m - in the old town, within the moat and the partly still existing city wall - .
A vibrant nightlife on certain parts of the city, great restaurants, great shopping, a free Thai classic dance show at the night bazaar, adventure and action in the north of the city and so on, read on and enjoy the great pictures.

Sankampaeng Hot-Springs near Chiang Mai city
Chiang Mai is one of Thailand's main destinations for natural hot springs, Sankampaeng probably the best known of them.

Chiang Mai is blessed with excellent scenery and its hot springs are set against trees, hills and countryside which make them excellent locations for treks and other activities. Water from the province's springs has very high sulfur content and this is believed to be the main reason its curative qualities.

27crags, climbervoice, 8a and many others are amazing sites, but sometimes, expecially if you worked a lot to envision, bolt, clean routes or boulders, you want to monetize a little your efforts.

9b can help you in this aim.

As you can see here, in 9b there are many " topo groups ".

You can add a discussion in every "topo group".

In your discussion you can edit and publish your own climbing topoguide, as a "paywall", a "destination page", requiring climbers their payment by credit card or paypal to access and read, even on SMARTPHONES (iphones, android phones, ...)
