Ebook.

To get there:
- flight to Bangkok (the best option is normally to find a charter flight, last minute, from Germany or Scandinavia; if you are lucky you can get a flight for Euro 300 or so).
- bus to Krabi: 14 euro
- bus to Ao Nang: 1 euro
- longtailboat to Railay: 2 euro (or a three to five day adventure trip over a table mountain full of snakes and their "friends", maybe there's no path...)

If one'd pay one month at once, accomodation gets ridiculously cheap (one night would be 6 euro).

Beer and food is expensive because it's transported by boat.
Just look for those kitchenwaggons on the street or the famous chickenlady at Ton Sai Beach (fried rice with tuna, veggie stuff, ... 1euro )

The rock is one of the best.
Together with an amazing landscape, it is one of the Must Dos for a climber.

Try to get an accomodation in Ton Sai Beach, it is much cheaper: Railay is kind of Resortstuff, hotels and so on...
Ton Sai is full of cheap bungalows plus there's THE climbingshop of Thailand, run by Wee, he's offering DWS tours.

Ton Sai is approx 30min walk through the jungle, another path 20min through another part of the jungle or 15min at low/med tide (sharp rocks!)

Beginner's guide.

Bangkok quite far: about 13 hours by bus.

27cragsclimbervoice8a and many others are amazing sites, but sometimes, expecially if you worked a lot to envision, bolt, clean routes or boulders, you want to monetize a little your efforts.

9b can help you in this aim.

As you can see here, in 9b there are many " topo groups ".

You can add a discussion in every "topo group".

In your discussion you can edit and publish your own climbing topoguide, as a "paywall", a "destination page", requiring climbers their payment by credit card or paypal to access and read, even on SMARTPHONES (iphones, android phones, ...)

After having paid, climbers can see, save and print your climbing topoguide.

In this discussion you can add:

1) PHOTOS regarding one specific SECTOR (of routes or bouldering, dws lines)

a) "PHOTO topo":

It's very easy to edit a photo topo:

- upload a photo of a rock in a topo group discussion

- drawn the lines

- write names and grades (an example…
